Shipping Methods
We use a variety of white glove, blanket wrap shipping carriers to deliver our solid wood, custom furniture. You will be provided with the name and number of the transport company, once your order has shipped. You will be contacted directly, by phone, by our transport company to arrange your delivery day and time.
Delivery Times
Our solid wood, custom furniture is made to order, and delivery times may vary depending on the item and delivery location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and we will notify you if there are any delays or changes to the delivery schedule.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for our solid wood, custom furniture are a flat rate within the contiguous United States.
Delivery and Assembly
All of our items are delivered with a white glove service. Your items will be delivered inside your home, first floor, unless requested otherwise, and set-up is included. If you require that furniture is located on a higher floor, other than the first floor, this must be stated at the time the order is placed as our transport company may need additional information as to the location. If a flight of stairs is required for delivery, this must be stated at the time the order is placed as this will incur an additional fee. Service elevators, docking ports etc need to be stated at the time the order is placed.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. Please save all packaging materials in case they are needed for the return process.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for our solid wood, custom furniture. We only ship within the continental United States.
